1. WENYAO Color Sorter Machine Working Principle
Las materias primas se colocan en la máquina desde su tolva de material en la parte superior, vibrada por el alimentador vibratorio y deslizándose a lo largo de la canaleta de material en la zona de observación en la cámara de clasificación a través de sensores y placa de fondo. 3. CCD Color Sorter Machine Core Parts:
1. The color high resolution CCD image acquisition system uses the color CCD image acquisition system to realize the comprehensive acquisition of the material red, green and blue color information. The color sorter has the human eye's sense ability, the material selection is more realistic and more in line with the requirements; the higher resolution is up to 0.04 mm2, which can accurately identify the fine defects and spots of raw materials. High precision special lens ensures clear and accurate image.
